Dear Valued Customers:

On Friday, December 18, 2009 at 10:15 AM, our main server had a critical hardware failure.  We were able to restore from our recently cloned hardware and were back online later that evening around 10PM PST.  After many attempts to use the current hardware, we then decided to go to the "Backup Server".

We synchronized all customer data for transactions and orders.  If you have any difficulties, please contact us through http://support.netstores.com.

We are in the process of solving hardware failure issues to prevent this long of a downtime and will inform you of the changes.
