Your question regarding item file editing can best be solved by:
Login to Merchant Admin
Under Products (2nd Column)
Click Download item file
Open and edit Your Products in a spreadsheet.
After Editing
Save file as an ascii or text document, TAB Delimeted
Login to Merchant Admin
Go to Main Menu
Click on Upload Item File
Scroll to bottom or second option
Click Browse and when asked for file, choose your local save file
Then Click Upload.
This will upload your entire item file with changes at one time.The Online Database editor is only used with a
store that has a few items.This is the fastest and most economical way to edit files.If you have session expiration problems, you can completely Exit and quit your browser, aswell as select the Reload Button on your browser.
