When you do 'File > Open' in Excel, are you unable to see the item file in the location you saved it? Then you need to tell Excel to show text files. In the file open dialog box, select text files ('.txt') in 'Files of Type'. (Which should be in the lower left hand corner.) When you find the itemfile and open it in Excel, the 'Text Import' wizard should appear. If you didn't change anything on the itemfile download page, then all you need to do is to press the 'Finish' button, and the items will appear in Excel. When you save the itemfile, save it in the 'text' ('.txt') format.Also when you upload this file be sure to click remove header line to strip the first line off the file.
