Question
I need for you to make a change or addition to my UPS account. They have begun a program called SurePost which is a WONDERFUL savings on residential and rural fees. I am told you pull the SorePost option into my shipping system... something that needs to activated on your end. It is already setup.
This will dramatically lower rates.

SurePost is not support by UPS' web services API, which is what Store Manager uses to calculate shipping and print labels. As far as I know the only way you can use SurePost is by using UPS Worldship.
