Dear Webmaster:
In order to export a Microsoft Access Database to our format, Follow these directions.
In MS Access:Select your dB table (don't open)
go to File Menu
save as Export To external file or dB OK
save as type "text file" EXPORT
you will get the Text Export Wizard
choose "Delimited" NEXT
Leave "comma" and change from "Text Qualifier"= (none)
NEXT
Export to File
change file name to "itmfil.asc"
FINISH
This is the best file field order to begin.
