Dear Webmaster:
We noticed you have had difficulty in creating your item file.
It is possible to restore your item file to the original settings and then downloading the item file to make corrections. If you need to restore the item file to the original:
Go to: Merchant Administration
Download Item file
Click on the Restore Item File
Then Choose the previous item file.You can then redownload the original, open it in excel and upload the file.
